The Naforé Association is a non-political, non-union, and indefinite association, created in accordance with the regulatory provisions of Law 64098 of June 9, 1964, relating to associations, and its amending texts: Law 73007 of January 23, 1973 and Law 73175 of July 2, 1973.
It is approved by receipt No. 287 of June 25, 2009, from the Ministry of the Interior and Decentralization.
The Association is headquartered in the Tevragh Zeina Moughataa in Nouakchott, opposite the Syrian Embassy. It has twenty-five members with different backgrounds and several years of experience, which has provided it with a diverse human resource base capable of responding to requests
in the fields of the environment, health, hygiene, and sanitation.
